Success in achieving the goals of the 2030 Agenda requires all of us to deepen our commitment and engagement to work together in creative new ways. How is Australia collaborating across sectors in working towards achieving our 2030 targets? What can we do as individuals to assist this? The Department of the Environment and Energy is implementing a co-designed approach to grow environmental partnering to deliver better outcomes. The co-designed process that led to this approach focused on partnering to bring the efforts of stakeholders together to better manage our environment. Hear more about this through Karen Moloney, Director, Partnerships, Department of the Environment and Energy.   8:50am – 9:00amIs Australia on track to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030? John Thwaites, Chair at Monash Sustainable Development Institute will report on the SDGs: Transforming Australia, the first analysis of Australia's SDG performance.   9:00am – 9:15am Warm up with Host Craig Reucassel Play along with Craig as he tests your knowledge on the SDGs through our “Pick a Goal, Any Goal” quiz.    9:15am – 9:35am Update on the inaugural Banksia Ignite SDG Challenge on Carpooling  Carpooling presents a massive opportunity for cities to reduce congestion and carbon emissions and make it easier and cheaper for people to get around.Through Banksia Ignite Transurban wanted to generate ideas that will significantly increase the use of carpooling on toll-roads.  Hear how Transurban and the final team are bringing the concept of carpooling to life in Australia.   9:35am – 10:05am SDG 12 – Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns. Panel discussion with insights from leading organisations and individuals moderated by Craig Reucassel. 10:05am – 10:25am SDG 14 – Conserve & sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources. Panel discussion with insights from leading organisations and individuals moderated by Craig Reucassel.   10:25am – 10:55amSDG 11 – Make cities inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable Panel discussion with insights from leading organisations and individuals moderated by Craig Reucassel.   10:55am – 11:05am Break  11:05am – 11:15am B Lab Partners with United Nations Global Compact to Develop Online Platform for SDG-Focused Impact Management. Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals will require business action. Business, in turn, needs a road map to integrate the Goals into management, planning and target setting processes in order to make meaningful progress. B Lab and the UN Global Compact Network are working together to create and drive adoption of a platform for businesses to assess, compare and improve their contribution to the SDGs. Learn more about this through Alan Dayeh, Board Member, B Lab Australia & New Zealand.    11:15am – 11:35am SDG 10 – Reduce inequalities within and among countries Panel discussion with insights from leading organisations and individuals moderated by Craig Reucassel.   11:35am – 11:55am SDG 3 – Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages Craig Reucassel will be joined on stage by Laura Ryan from Mentally Friendly for a Q&A on how the public, community, and private sectors might best work together to transition to new type of sustainable economy that maintains at its core the wellbeing of our environment, people, and society.   11:55am – 12:15pmWhat is being achieved under the SDGs and where to from here?  Join us for an exhilarating conversation with Professor John Thwaites, Chair at Monash Sustainable Development Institute and Kylie Porter, Executive Director, Global Compact Network Australia as they guide us on what is needed to progress the SDGs.    12:15pm – 12:25pm d'Arcy Lunn, Founder, Teaspoons of Change - an inspiring advocate for the SDGs guides us on the individual actions each of us can take to support our 2030 targets.    12:25pm – 1:45pm Networking Lunch
