      Cheese & Tonic: A Pairing Masterclass with Gin & Friends & Fever Tree Tonic

      Join The Artisan Cheese Room and Fever-Tree Tonic for another wonderful night of Cheeses & Tonics & Spirits at the iconic Bower Restaurant, overlooking Manly's stunning Cabbage Tree Bay. Paul Thompson (The Artisan Cheese Room) will be co-hosting this event with Andy Gaunt from Fever-Tree, creators of the world’s best tonic waters (according to the world’s top 100 bars). Together they'll be exploring, discussing and tasting some amazing Gin as well as other spirits from across the globe. Six drinks will be perfectly matched with a Fever-Tree tonic water and precisely paired with an artisanal cheese. Following the success of our last Gin event together, the evening will again be full of stories about the tonics and their pairings whilst of course explaining how, and why, the flavours and aromas match perfectly with a variety of Cheeses. Come and enjoy this unique tasting experience and enjoy Tonic and, of course, Cheese! All in the inspirational surroundings of the Bower Restaurant and all for only $75. The events runs from 7pm - 9pm.
